With this clinical case, we intend to show the process of smile recovery with implants in 24 hours.
The patient loses a tooth, a 3D study is carried out, and the following day, the new implant is placed, allowing the patient’s smile to recover.
Day 1: First visit
The patient presents with a fracture of the upper right incisors.
Immediate 3D study is carried out.
Day 2: Minimally Invasive Procedure
Atraumatic tooth extraction and implant without incisions or sutures.
Implants in place and aesthetic microfilling of the residual socket.
X-ray of the immediate implants and immediate teeth in place. i24 Smile immediate smile reconstruction.
After healing and maturation of the bone and gum, the permanent teeth can be made on the implants.
