Ana Raimóndez

Receptionist

When did your vocation for the world of dentistry come about?

By accident, I have a degree in English and the clinic was looking for someone with English and computer skills, and here I am, ha, ha, ha, ha.

What do you like most about the work you do at Clínica Sicilia?

Dealing with the public, seeing them come in scared and leave satisfied, and also the challenge of filling an agenda, gives me quite an adrenaline rush.

What do you like most about the relationship with patients?

To see how, from mistrust, they go on to put themselves in our hands and end up with a quasi-familial relationship. I love being part of that process.

What is the most common question you are asked by patients?

If the treatment is going to hurt.

A series, a film, a book and a song:

TV Show: Velvet
Book: 100 años de soledad
Film: Grease
Song: I will survive

What special memory do you have of your childhood?

Many, but now that I have children I remember how my father used to carry me to bed in his arms (up stairs) until I was as tall as him. I find it super cute, my husband and I do it with our kids now.

If you could get a special quality or ability overnight, what would it be?

Teleporting me to the past and the future.

What would your perfect day look like?

I have it very often. One day eating with all my family, siblings, nephews and nieces... Unfortunately my father is already missing, it's a pity.
